About me

Professional Summary

I am a curious innovator with experience in building and leading teams focused on the improvement of B2B and B2C experiences through digital solutions.

Although my background is highly analytical, my happy place lies in the intersection between a data-driven approach and human-centric mindset. I have a Bachelor’s in Economics and Mathematics paired with a Master’s in Customer Experience and Innovation.

During my tenure at a cruise line, I worked as a Product Manager with designers, developers, and an array of different business stakeholders to redesign and launch the new global booking journey. I completed the challenge to provide a personalized and innovative experience for the user, while offering a seamless and effective one for the business.

Although I enjoy the dynamic and collaboration behind the development of the products, I have also learned to love and value the communication side of it. Creating the storytelling behind the solution for internal and external presentations, negotiating budgets and prioritization, and collaborating on the branding and messaging of the product has been an integral part of my experience.

Today, I focus on closing the gap between the present and the future by designing innovative solutions for both consumers and businesses. I look to be an ever-evolving team member and stay ahead of the unknown.
